Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The permit-holder must ensure that, within the notification period, there is published in a daily newspaper circulating in the ACT a notice stating the date, time, duration and location of the proposed fireworks display.
(2) In this regulation:
"notification period" means between 3 and 7 days before the date for the proposed fireworks display.
