Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The permit-holder must, no later than 7 days before the proposed date for the fireworks display, give notice to the police and fire authorities of the following details about the proposed display:
(a) the date, time, duration and location of the proposed display;
(b) any other information or documents required by a form for the notice approved under the Act, section 222.
(2) In this regulation:
"police and fire authorities" means all of the following:
(a) the chief police officer and the police officer in charge of the police station closest to the location of the proposed display;
(b) the fire commissioner or the chief fire control officer, whichever is appropriate.
