Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The commission may inspect a club's ballot documents.
(2) The commission may, in writing, require the club to amend a ballot document if satisfied that the amendment is necessary to ensure that—
(a) the ballot is fair and transparent; or
(b) the ballot is held in accordance with this part.
(3) In this regulation:
"ballot documents" means—
(a) a notice mentioned in regulation 17 (2); or
(b) anything else required to be sent to voting members under regulation 20.
