ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 53

Misuse of ticket machines (NSW cl 70, MTA s 163H (1), 163J (a), 163K)

    A person must not—

        (a)     insert in a parking ticket machine anything other than coins, or another means of payment, appropriate for the machine; or

        (b)     attach anything (for example, advertising material) to a ticket machine.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
