ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 54

Interfering with parking ticket machines etc (MTA s 163H (2))

    A person must not—

        (a)     do anything that interferes with (or is likely to interfere with) the proper working of a parking ticket machine; or

        (b)     fraudulently operate a parking ticket machine.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
