ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 60

Interrupting funeral processions etc (NSW cl 84)

    A driver must not interfere with, or interrupt, the free passage of—

        (a)     a funeral procession or any other lawful procession; or

        (b)     any vehicle or person forming part of such a procession.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
