Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies to a vehicle, whether loaded or unloaded, that is used for commercial purposes and is longer than 6m, higher than 2.6m or has a GVM over 3.75t.
(2) A person must not park a vehicle to which this section applies on residential land with multi-unit housing.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(4) For this section, residential land has multi-unit housing if the land has more than 1 dwelling on it.
