ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2001 NO 7) - REG 10

substitute

    (4)     The registration of a registrable vehicle may be renewed—

        (a)     for a vehicle other than a seasonal vehicle—for 1 year; or

        (b)     for a seasonal vehicle—for 9 months; or

        (c)     for any vehicle—for 3 or 6 months.

Note      The renewal of registration of a seasonal vehicle may be restricted under subregulation (11).
