(10) The road transport authority may, in writing, declare the maximum period for which a seasonal vehicle may be registered in any 12 month period.
(11) The registration of a seasonal vehicle may not be renewed for a period mentioned in subregulation (4) if renewal for the period would mean the vehicle was registered for more than the maximum period.
(12) A declaration under subregulation (10) is a disallowable instrument.
(13) Subregulation (2A) and this subregulation expire on 31 March 2002.
