TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 8A

Definitions

    In this Part:

"contractor" has the meaning given by section   14.

"general Australian service area" means the service area consisting of Australia.

"grant recipient" has the meaning given by section   14.

"service area" has the meaning given by section   8C.
