Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A reference in this Part to a standard telephone service is a reference to a standard telephone service (within the meaning of section 6) that has the characteristics (if any) specified in a determination under subsection (2).
(2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine specified characteristics for the purposes of subsection (1).
