Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A ticket parking area must be designated by permissive parking signs with the word ‘ticket' on or with the signs.
(2) A ticket parking area is taken to include only such lengths of road and areas to which ticket parking signs apply as are lawfully available, apart from this Division, for the parking of vehicles.
(3) A reference in subregulation (1) to "ticket" includes a reference to voucher.
(4) Subsection (3) and this subregulation cease to have effect on 1 December 2006.
